Burnout Montreal

What is burnout? Simply put, burnout is an extreme case of fed up. You tire easily and feel worn out. You feel as if you are working harder and achieving nothing. Things seem more trouble than they are worth and so you see friends less, rarely talk on the phone, and miss or cancel appointments.
You feel sad more often than you should and life and the world seem disappointing. You find yourself becoming bitter and sarcastic.
Therapy can help break this cycle and restore your interest in life. If your feelings are at this stage, there are steps we can explore that will prevent you from entering a full-blown burnout.
