Depression therapy Montreal
People suffering with depression are often sad, overcome with an
inability to get moving, to think clearly and concentrate fully.
Depressed people frequently have changes in their appetite and spend
much time sleeping, feeling hopeless and dejected, and sometimes
suicidal. Therapy helps work out those feelings and the therapist
provides the client with a safe place to express feelings they may
have trouble expressing elsewhere.
